"J. S. Peterson has many strengths that helped him contribute to the project. Some of these strengths include: being reliable - I could always count on him to get tasks done, he was good at anticipating the needs on and backstage, he moved quickly and with purpose."

"[He] could work on creating and finishing rough drafts of paperwork during the rehearsal process so that they aren't as stressed going into tech and performances. If the paperwork first draft is finished before tech then you can just change things as needed and won't need to spend so much time after rehearsal working on paperwork."
